The 2019 Extra Brut Prsence is deep, fleshy and super-expressive. A blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, the Prsence is very refined, with lingering aromas of lemon confit, marzipan and white flowers. This shows great depth along with the finesse that is increasingly a signature here. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: December, 2022

Site & Vines: Harvested from massale selection vines of 1/3 Pinot Blanc and 2/3 Chardonnay averaging 20 years of age. The Pinot Blanc is planted in kimmerdgian-centric soils while the Chardonnay is planted in portlandian soils.
Vinification & Elevage: Aged in a lined concrete tank, three year elevage sur lie, unfined and unfiltered, zero dosage and zero sulfur added.
Sure Latte: 36 months on the lees, disgorged 12/22
