Clisson Cru ‘La Molette’ 2019

Clisson is a Cru designation within the Muscadet Svre et Maine appellation. As with the latter, Clisson is associated with white wines made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. These are characteristically rich with aromas of candied fruit, dried fruit and quince, and have good aging potential.

Medium lemon with golden hue. Lovely nose with brioche, minerals, lemon, saline, buttermilk, nectarine, hay, cream. Medium+ acidity, medium body at most. Palate tapers to a rather long, lean, salty and elegant finish. On the lees aromas pronounced.
