35-40-year-old vines in Limestone and white marl soils .73ha
Fermented and aged in 500L foudre for 10 months
This cuve is a blend of equal parts Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc, produced from vines that Maxime has just acquired, in Peyriac de Mer, south of Narbonne. This seaside terroir is characterized by sandstone and white marl soils, with obviously a more marked maritime influence than the other plots of the estate. This cuve has an expression that is both fruity and floral and a beautiful liveliness brought by Bourboulenc. A wine that breathes the sun and the Mediterranean, to be enjoyed as an aperitif con tapas y pinchos or with grilled fish.
