The NV Brut Nature Les Vignes de Mon Village is a powerful, vinous Champagne. Comprised of pure Meunier from Cuisles and bottled with no dosage, this speaks with notable eloquence. Dried pear, spice, crushed flowers and warm, nutty overtones fill out the layers effortlessly. This is nicely rendered. Disgorged: January 9, 2023.

Our Tasting Note:
Deeper, rounder, more Munier character with intense freshness and mineral. More floral, with more crisp fruit of apples and red fruits. A very long finish.

FEATURES
This perpetual blend is a 100% Meunier bottled and aged with a cork, with grapes coming exclusively from the village of Cuisles. It is a blend of years between 2014 and 2020.

Before the arrival of this zero dosage non-vintage, only Les Fortes Terres was a 100% Meunier. The idea behind this Champagne is to create an exceptional corked cuve, accessible to all. It is also a tribute to Jean-Marc Mouss, whos been the mayor of his village for 25 years, and a lover of the Meunier grape.


TERROIR AND SOILS

• Only soils composed of green clays over limestone marls.

VINIFICATION

• Grapes hand-picked in market gardening crates
• Malolactic fermentation
• Micro-vinification in reduction in small stainless steel tanks
• Bottling and ageing with a cork

• Zero dosage: 0 g/l
