Fuyu Small Batch Blended Japanese Whisky


Fuyu means “winter” in Japanese. This whisky was distilled from malted grain and mash corn on Honshu island before resting in oak barrels. Its rich flavors make it ideal for cocktails such as “Old-fashioned” and “Manhattan”.


Color: dark amber.
Nose: floral and youthful aromas with caramel and spicy notes.
Palate: generous oak and cooked fruit finish with a hint of smokiness.
