The Lorcher Riesling 2021 Schlossberg offers a deep, intense, aromatic and herbal (sage, mint) aroma on the nose along with a ripe white peach aromas. Silky, round and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, complex, saline, silky-textured and sustainable Riesling with fine tannins structuring the long and complex finish. Bottled with 21 grams per liter of residual sugar (of which you taste a third, at most) and 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in November 2022.
