Bodegas Hidalgo la Gitana was founded in 1792 and since then the company has passed from father to son, Today is one of the few wines companies owned and controlled by the family and run by the eight generation in the direct line of the founder.

Tasting Notes
Dry, cultured aged wine with full nutty aromas and a long finish. This wine
is initially mature to become a Manzanilla and then oxidatively aged in oak
butts to become an Amontillado.

Full amber.

Aroma
Rich, nutty and penetrating.

Flavor
Full, dry, smooth.

Serving suggestions
Best served in a wine glass, at room temperature, great
with cured delicacies, cheeses and soup.
