High Wire Jimmy Red Single Barrel Sweet Mash Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a tribute to the agricultural traditions of the region, made with Jimmy Red corn, a variety of corn nearly extinct but has been revived by a few farmers in the South. This single-barrel straight bourbon whiskey is distilled using sweet mash fermentation and aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years. It is then bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration, to preserve its unique character.
