Old Forge Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a testament to our Appalachian heritage, crafted using traditional methods handed down from our ancestors. We begin by grinding locally sourced grains with our stone mill, then adding fresh water from the nearby Smoky Mountains. After distillation, the whiskey is aged in charred Tennessee white oak barrels, allowing it to develop its rich and complex flavor profile.
