Rossville Union 6-Year Old Bottled in Bond Straight Rye is a limited-release rye whiskey that captures the essence of American craftsmanship and the soul of 1847. Master Distiller Ian Stirsman continues the tradition of Ross & Squibb’s Master Distillers and blenders in perfecting the original handcrafted rye blends in one of America’s last Prohibition-era distilleries. This bottled-in-bond rye whiskey is aged for six years and is a testament to the exceptional quality and artistry of American whiskey-making.
Distillation
Produced from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this straight rye whiskey is distilled at Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana (LDI), a historic distillery known for producing some of the best American rye whiskeys.
Maturation
This whiskey is aged for six years in new, charred American oak barrels, giving it a rich and complex flavor profile.
Cut
Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), Rossville Union 6-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye is made according to the strict guidelines set forth by the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
