Cedar Ridge’s Small Batch Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon is a unique and flavorful expression crafted from Iowa corn and aged in char #3 barrels. The barrels are stored in non-climate-controlled rickhouses, where they are exposed to extreme temperature swings, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile that cannot be replicated in other climates. This bourbon is non-chill filtered and made from a mash bill of 74% Iowa corn, 14% rye, and 12% 2-row malted barley. It is a blend of barrels aged 3-4 years.
