Starlight Carl T. Huber’s Bourbon is a signature blend named after the 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. This bourbon is aged for a minimum of 4 years in new, charred American Oak barrels and finished in Spanish Brandy barrels. This unique finishing process provides a soft and sweet fruit characteristic to complement the rye spice, wood sugars, and fruit flavors of the Carl T. Blend.
