Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry, presented on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Giulio Cocchi, is a classic Piedmontese vermouth.

It is based on a “Piedmontese Recipe” , as highlighted on the label: a strong and precise characterization for this flavored wine, since the main ingredients are all Piedmontese, or have a solid link with the region.

The base wine is a Cortese. Artemisia Absinthium is all collected in the Piedmontese Alps. The aromatic profile is distinguished by the presence of Menta di Pancalieri – a local variety of peppermint – and lemon , traditionally used in the garnish of vermouth in Piedmont.

By flavoring the wine produced with local Cortese grapes with the infusion of botanicals such as absinthe, angelica, coriander and cardamom, as well as with lemon zest and Piedmontese mint, the result is a fragrant and perfectly balanced flavor .

Cocchi’s Extra Dry proudly bears the indication Vermouth di Torino on the label.
