Developed according to a 200-year-old family tradition, the Mathilde Orange XO liqueur is the marriage of two fine natural alcohols: an eau-de-vie aged in oak barrels with a distillate of orange peel to sublimate the taste buds.

The sweet orange peels are first macerated in grape alcohol and then distilled. A refined, aged brandy is added to the orange peel distillate and the alcohol is then aged before bottling.

The result is a liqueur with a refined nose, with an intense aroma of orange and a hint of vanilla. The body is rich and the finish is remarkably long, round and voluptuous on the palate.
