Known since the 18th century as the “Elixir of Life”, blackcurrant is produced in many regions in France and we have selected one of the most beautiful blackcurrant berries for our liqueur: Noir de Bourgogne. Blackcurrant from Burgundy has excellent aromatic qualities and is considered the tastiest. In this blend of flavors is also added the Royal Cassis of Naples, coming from the Loire Valley, which has a mild and sweet flavor.

We use a long infusion period for our Cassis liqueur to ensure the perfect balance between alcohol and fruit.
