Nose: Soft spices, vanilla, fresh cut grass, slightly perfumed, riple apple/pear notes. Fresh leather tones.

Palate: Warm spices – cubed pepper and ginger. Fresh cut grass, hazelnut and almond notes.

Finish: Well-balanced Irish whiskey with spices lingering on the palate.
