Tasting Notes

On the nose, caramel-plum pudding,driedfig, chocolate coveredtoffeebar,chestnut, and oak spice. On thepalate,raisins and plum in caramel sauce, chocolate covered almonds, cinnamon, andclove. The finish is long and chewy withcaramelsoaked plum andclovelingering longest. Brooding and amazingly balanced.
