Merlet Vineyard Peach liqueur (Creme de Peche de Vigne) is made from a very peculiar variety of peaches once grown along the vineyards.

The peche de vigne is small, and its flesh red and white. The Merlets source their fruits from partner producers in Ardeche, in order to guarantee consistent quality.

Thanks to their position as currant growers and winemakers, the Merlets are able to exchange with their partner producers and call on their own expertise to select fruits of optimal ripeness.

The peaches are soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavors, then pressed and filtered
