The vine peaches, supplied by many individuals in the region from September, will be macerated in neutral alcohol in our cellars.After 3 months of maceration, these fruits will have released the maximum of their aromas and their color.The resulting infusion will then have reached its fullness giving birth to a high quality product with notes of ripe peach.
