A new interpretation of over a century of locally honed traditions from our distillery in hus built in 1906. The history of aquavit dates back to the 15th century and is rich in legends and myths. In hus, we’ve been inspired by these traditions to macerate and distill herbs and spices for over a century.

Spicy caraway and herbaceous rosemary dominate the nose followed on the palate by bright citrus and sweet, subtle fennel. Silky mouthfeel with a medium long finish thats fresh and invigorating.
